The hotel's location was particularly good and perfect, very close to all attractions and the center and restaurants and shops. Furthermore, in the heart of New Orleans. Booked a room with balconies.

The location in the middle of the city. Nearby Oceana Grill - great place to chill out.

The location was great and Ty was wonderful and very friendly

The balcony view was horrible (parking garage) and the trash pick up noise every night at 2am and 5am was just awful. Charging so much more for the balcony room is not right because you are not getting any benefits of it. I would have rather paid less for a non-balcony room with no trash pick up noise. If I would have known trash pick up was every night I would have ask to change rooms. When I ask the front desk on day 2 if trash gets picked up every night, she did not know. The room was clean with the exception of the floors. Our feet were black while walking around. So we wore our flip flops the rest of our stay. The balcony was also very dirty and I went out to the hall and grabbed a broom and swept it.

3 flights of stairs (no elevator) to get to your room that is the size of a closet for $200.00 per night. Raised floor with no lighting where someone could easily get injured!! Incredible!!!!!! What do you think???

quirky hotel in a relatively quiet area close to a parade and shops and restaurants. amicable staff, attractive and modern rooms with a balcony, the ceiling fan plus the most comfortable bed. great and incredible location for our visit to a historic park at a medium distance from the venue.

The beds were extremely comfy, the room was reasonably large and impressive. The provided service was excellent. Relaxed by the pool, it was clean, especially when the weather was lovely. Location: the hotel was right by restaurants and shops and the French Market. Besides, it was only 5 minutes walk to French Quarter.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a balcony. Everything seemed great, impeccably clean:)))

We loved this hotel! It was conveniently located within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and elegant, and the staff treated us like family. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds with down comforters and pillows.

The hotel was small yet cozy! The courtyard pool was beautiful and inviting. I loved our balcony overlooking the courtyard!

Besides, the location was good and perfect for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of French Quarter. And we were near the French Quarter and Jackson square and most attractions. Loved our rooms with balconies.
